TACK has received new chain press machine set and it’s being assembled and debugged. The machine is suitable for big size range chain links with pitch 190-317.5mm, . It can finish pressing in one go. For example, for the link at 190mm pitch, each section assembling doesn’t exceed 20 seconds, and the entire 45L link chain does not exceed 20 minutes.
There is automatic vacuum filling oiling machine for lubricating chain. The equipment consists of two parts: air tightness test and oil filling. Automatic operation without human intervention: air tightness test - push the rubber plug to the front end of the oil filling pipe - vacuum pumping - filling - insert the rubber plug, and the oil filling is completed. The process can avoid oil leakage perfectly.
